Belated April Fools prank!

Did you read the news the other day?
It said you had to upload a photo of yourself or you would get deleted from Elfpack.

This is of course a prank!
Sadly we didn't have an April Fools joke this year on April 1st, so decided was to have one now!
Some of you were clever enough to see through it all! =)

A lot more members uploaded a picture of themselves to Elfpack! :D
No one will be deleted for this ^__^

Vote in the Mainstreet poll about the prank! ;)

Upload a photo!

Members that don't have a real photo of themselves at 2006-06-01 23:59 (Elfpack time) will be deleted. Photos of friends, animals or blurry photos of yourself will not be accepted.

Members that write any complaints about this in any forum or to any Elfpack crew, will be deleted at once. We are really busy and don't have time for you, sorry!

Members that don't have a correct photo, but are really nice, might not be deleted. Nothing is certain though, and as written above, you are not allowed to ask about it.

Photo-album uploads!

You can now upload a lot of images in just one action. It works like this (Windows XP example):

1) You have a folder on your harddisk with about 20 JPEG images (Normal photos).
2) Right-click on the folder and select "Move to compressed folder". Then you'll get a ZIP-file that contains all your images.
3) Go to your Elfpack house
4) Press the button "Upload a folder of images" on top of your house.
5) Select a wiki-page name for your images. Example: goofy wiki-page name
6) On next page you select the ZIP-file you created in 2 and start to upload it.
7) If you want, you can edit the wiki-page that has been created for you. Write what is on the photos for example.

Enjoy!

Update: It didn't work if you had spaces in your image-file-names. If you had problems with it not finding any image-files in your ZIP-archive, then try again now! See [24113] for comments.
