A Bleeding Hart

 Hart City is a dangerous place. Thugs patrol the allyways, crooked cops patrol the streets. There isn't really a difference between them, only the uniforms. Malcontents and insurrectionists plot and scheme. Religous zealots search and pray for their "Messiah". The regular people stroll on in perfect, peaceful ignorance of everything around them.
 Then there are those that are outside looking in. The ones that see the connection that brings every group, every person in the city together. The one, the untouchable. The Bleeding Hart.
