A dark entry

as I walk through the doorway, and find you laying there, bleeding and uncontious, I know that I've stepped into the dark entry.
when I lost my job, it was another step.
when my mother died, 5 more steps.
when you cried, my last steps.
I've gone through torture,anguish and pain.
and you, you have not felt the fear, you have not seen the dark entry.

why do I love?

why do I love?
why do I feel?
why must you take my heart,
and break my heart?
why do I cry?
when will I die?
Apparently not soon enough.
