BEFORE you add your name, please look at the Starter Group cards. Decide which three (3) cards you would like from that list. Once you've picked out your starter cards, and your name and card selections to the list below. Please follow this format: You must choose three (3) cards, or the remaining cards will be chosen for you. The cards must be from the Starter Group. Cards selected from any other group will be replaced with a random Starter Group card. Special Rule: If there is a tournament registration going on and you are a new register, you may add "Register for Tourney" after your username if there is free space in the "Definite Places" section of the Tourney Registration. This will allow you to choose a total of three (3) cards worth a total of twenty (20) Togs (example: 2 Starter cards and 1 Group 1 card). Normal non-tourney registration allows for three (3) cards worth fifteen (15) Togs (3 Starter Cards). You still must choose a total of three cards or your choices will be made for you at random. One of the Toggery Committee members will then register you. Please be patient while waiting to be registered. Pestering the officials to be registered just slows things down, but a polite nudge is fine :) Please see the Newbie Guide to Toggery for guidance in your next step after being registered. Clone houses are not allowed to be registered under any circumstance. All players must register themselves. Please use Adv. Edit button, not Box Edit when editing the page. Thank you!

Jesus. To be honest, Toggery is an enormous project and since [Bookwyrm] retired, I don't have the time to run it single handed. Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone who I could assign it to that would know its workings without me having to explain it all; which would take almost as long as doing it myself.
It'll get done, but I can't give a timeframe as to when. There's not a lot of seeming interest in Toggery. If you guys can get your friends interested, however, and people seem to want to play and collect cards, I can move it up in my priority list. 
Otherwise, sorry about the delays.
