The daughter of Tazuna and single mother of Inari. Having lost her husband several years ago, when Kaiza entered her life showing such love for her son, she couldn't help but invite him into her home. Like everyone else in the City, Kaiza's death broke her spirit. In the years following, she has tried to protect Inari from the painful memories of the loss of his friend and mentor. Tsunami is a woman of strong will. When Inari is in danger, she threatens to commit suicide, which would have left no hostage for Gatō's men to take.

Trivia

A "Tsunami" is one or a series of waves that occur after an earthquake, seaquake, volcanic activity, slumps, or meteorite impacts in or near the sea. The term "tidal wave" is often used to refer to a tsunami but it is technically not correct scientific usage.
