Dream Correspondances

Well. Put simply, there are two things here. There is the Lucid Dreaming page,
basically taking control of your dreams... however this is a very long
page and if you aren't interested...don't bother. It's a very good subject though and I
feel everyone even relatively interested in dreams should read it. Also there is a nightmare
banishing ritual at the bottom of the page. Blessed be!

Lucid Dreaming

Sleep Circle
Standing in the middle of your bedroom just before going to sleep, cast an
energy circle around your room as if you were casting a circle for craft work. Cast it again
two more times for a total of three times around the room. From there, cast a circle from
west to east (starting from the west cast the circle heading up to the ceiling, back down
through east, under your floor and back up to west). Cast a total of three circles this way.

Last circle to cast is from the south, up to the ceiling, down to north, under the floor
and back to south. Cast a total of three circles. (What these circles
do is form a ball of protection/good sleep in your bedroom).

Wait, you can't go to bed yet, two more steps! ;)

Where the two circles meet at the top of the 'ball' form a celtic cross, then form a celtic
cross at the bottom of the ball. At the four corners, where the 'round the room' circle
and the other circles hit, form pentagrams.

Ok, *now* you're ready for bed! ;)

If you don't do much energy work, I would suggest standing in the middle of the room and
casting the circles, etc. with your arm out stretched. The circle will dissolve on it's on in the
AM when you wake up. If you need to leave your bedroom after casting it, you
don't need to worry about cutting a door, or getting energy 'slimed'.
