As you might know, Elfpack does
not guarantee the privacy of your messages and secret wiki-pages. Information might leak out due to technical or social mistakes, or because the police make an official request on information and we think it will help to provide it.
But what I can is that Elfpack
will try to do its best to protect your privacy. So unless you're a bad person whom we basically want to kick hard, you can be sure that we're not giving out your password to your parents, boyfriend, teacher or boss.
MySpace is going to offer SpyWare so that parents can spy on their kids there:

That is totally against Elfpack policy, and if possible, we'll try to stop such attempt, but Elfpack can't control your computer, so it's only so much we can do.
Update: I'm doing some changes to how the ads are displayed on this page. I hope they will not be that annoying.
Update 2007-01-20 From the slave-state of Georgia (As opposite to the nice state of Georgia where parents guide their children as less experienced equals) has a bill came that is suggesting that it will be illegal to let minors write anything on the web without permission from their parents:

Elfpack isn't in the USA and I pretty much don't care about your laws, especially when I think they are wrong. Elfpack does not generally allow that you create more than one account, but if you need a secret account for some privacy then I'm happy to accept that.
(That said: Don't risk your life with unknown people just because your parents are assholes. There are plenty of people who seem nice at first, but want to kill you just for the fun of it.).
