Some words hurt more than you think

Everyone knows the saying,"sticks and stones may break my bones but names and words ant hurt me."right?Well that saying is wrong.Words are words,but some words hurt more than you think.Words are harmless yet hurtful.They cause emotional scars rather than physical scars.Yet some words can hurt us emotionally so bad that it causes us to resort to physical pain and make physial scars.So we take a knife
in our hand and slice our wrists untill they bleed.Your words was our reason.Look me in the eyes and tell me that you meant what you said.Take this knife from my hands and look at my bleeding wrists.Did you really want to hurt me this way?Did you think you hurt me bad enough to resort to a knife and cut to relieve all the emotional pain you caused me.Next time think before you speak.Save a life and choose your words carefully.One hurtfull word,one sar,to go with it.Can you bear to watch me bleed out the pain I am in?The pain that you caused?Words are only words.But some words hurt us so much we cant bear the emotional pain,so we turn emotional pain into physical sars.Words can hurt someone more than you think.

I wrote this to show people how their words,wether they realize it or not,can hurt people.Some more than others.Think about the consequences your words could have before you speak them.
