Also, if you had died, you would have been with your family, not bound to this plain of existence"

Magic should be wielded by those who actual understand its burden. You said before magic can heal people, its true, but what have we sacrificed? Perhaps we would have medicine to cure diseases instead of magic. People who wanted to be faster and stronger would have to train, not just boost themselves magically. Magic has stunted growth in many ways."
