Manda is the largest of the snakes Orochimaru Summons. He demands a large amount of human sacrifices for his help in battle, but if the person who summoned him isn't strong in battle, he will simply go against him, and not help him at all. His greatest ability was his incredible speed but he was also able to shed his skin as a kind of Kawarimi.
